Raised in Austin, Texas by his mother, Kain developed a strong foundation rooted in hard work, resilience, and the importance of meaningful relationships. At 16, he relocated to Oregon, where he has since built both his personal life and professional career.

Before entering real estate, Kain spent two years in automotive sales and four years as a wireless sales consultant. These roles allowed him to refine his communication skills, understand client needs on a deeper level, and consistently deliver results in fast-paced, competitive environments. Today, he brings that same dedication and strategic mindset to real estate, helping clients navigate an ever-changing housing market with confidence and a competitive edge.

Kain is passionate about working with people and is committed to building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliability. Whether guiding first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or sellers, he strives to make every transaction smooth, informed, and successful.

Outside of real estate, Kain enjoys staying active and taking full advantage of the outdoors. From playing sports to snowboarding, wakeboarding, and camping, he embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. Above all, he values time with his family—he and his fiancé welcomed their son, Zain, in 2025, who continues to be his greatest motivation.
